Fletcher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Carlin learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She struck the Fisher job and began her own company from there.
