Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pikar embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her white hair is still thick. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. She wears tan trousers with blue and green striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She has a hunchback. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Pyntle alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Nicholas took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
