Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Roge is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in a small forest village. Roge was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
