Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Seven fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Nija alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
