History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Locksmith father left him crippled. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rathkran was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
