He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'6" when asserting himself. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Nelkin was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nelkin decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He tends to his Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
