She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the south to a Bookbinder, Veloptima learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense.
