History: She comes from a rich western family. When Dagnal reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born to a Herbalist, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Gadreel was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gadreel's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
