History: Vani was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is content.

Description: This man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and revenge

Description: This late middle aged woman wears skinny pants and wears a black and blue robe with the hood down and is in decent physical shape. Her red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Gaaki was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
