Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her bronze crest is knotted and matted. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Ruler. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born in the west. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Description: A 4'1" northern man, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Oloric alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This slender man stands about 5'9". He wears tattered old clothes. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Nicholas is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family.

Description: He stands about 4'10" and wears a blue coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Varis took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
