Description: He wears a red shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and black pants, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'2" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jak isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His ears are large.

Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Emerald hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Emerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
