History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Hlin and her spouse have recently divorced.
