Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Ruler but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Nora learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Ruler, and she later adopted a second daughter.
