History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by unlife.

Personality: Percival speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has money and likes to spend it
