His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naill grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naill. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Spice Merchant, and he later adopted a second son.

Faran was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Godfrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Godfrey has worked very hard to control his curse. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
