History: He was born in a small plains village. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a simple brown robe with grey stripes complete with hood. He wears his silver hair up. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kody is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Kody was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
