History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Alain was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
