History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Lia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Lia's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Slave Trader for the past few years.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
