Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a brown vest and prefers black and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eloise grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eloise. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Alexandre and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
