History: Tree hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Tree alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
