History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available she will default to her flail. Her black hair is still thick. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Vanchu hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Description: A 6'8" northern man, he wears a brown collared shirt and blue pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His orange fur is long and unkept. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a halberd on her belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'5" when asserting herself. Her white hair is well kept. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Ranala speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ranala does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Ranala was born with her father's beautiful face. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
