Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and her religion dominates her actions

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
