History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Quelenna was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her first spouse was a Tanner, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
