He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region.
