History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stableman. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: Wiggens was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with his Ruler father left him crippled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
