History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Sybil never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
