Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available she will default to her greatsword. Her white hair is wavy and long. Her eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her black fur is smooth and relatively long. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady copper eyes.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Nimble was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.

Personality: Seraphina speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
