Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Nogu was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Hunter. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nogu never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
