History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Shaena is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She found a children's book about a Halfling Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she feels kind of lost in life
