Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Rinn was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
