Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Decarabia took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
