History: Barbena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Barbena took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born to a Bookbinder, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.
