Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Joser isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Joser was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Locksmith. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
