History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Barbena was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Barbena's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 12. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student she started as a Baker, but she got bored and became a Junk Dealer. She tends to her Junk Dealer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
