Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. She has black eyes and a green hat with a black feather.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Lilith was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lilith decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and her gloved hand is found clutching a scimitar. Her silver hair, when down, is lengthy. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sumnes grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sumnes. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This slender woman stands about 2'11". She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'10" when asserting himself. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has money and likes to spend it
