Description: An older woman who typically wears red cloth garments or leather armor, she is not a threatening figure. Her golden hair is heavily combed to the right. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Born in the north to a Laborer, Merla learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Motivation: To be a Scribe again; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears just a brown suit. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He carries a battered hand crossbow and tarnished shortspear as well. He has wavy white crest. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Donaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: He wears a grey tunic with black highlights, and long red pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is white and very short. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He struck the Unemployed job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and further expansion of business
