History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Anastrianna alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His first spouse was a Laborer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Spy kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
