Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He very much looks the part of a Blacksmith. His black hair is lengthy. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered violet hat.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to reunite with her absent mother

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
