Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his feathered blue hat.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Burgell was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Burgell's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Dyer.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
