Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Shanairla and her spouse have recently divorced.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Farideh was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Beggar. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
