History: Anastrianna lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Anastrianna was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Anastrianna's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This northern man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Balam was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He's in love; and he has a crush on the local map maker
