Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Gifted from a young age, Callybon studied abroad. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and regain custody of her daughter

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
