Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 5'6". He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a worn and beaten armor. His green crest is knotted and matted. His eyes are a pleasant gold.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sculptor.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a green coat. He has a hunchback. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his broad green hat.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balam embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Balam took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He bought a lance and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: She wears a fancy grey dress. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. She keeps her auburn hair in a flapper bob. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the south to a Animal Trainer, Hadwisa learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
