Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. Her brown hair is knotted and matted. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Balam isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He takes great joy in being the best Soapmaker in town.

History: Balam hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to be a dyer again

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and an old rival family wants him found
