Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Being a Bookbinder kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'7" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a black top hat and black clothes. Her hair is brown and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is a Map Maker first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She works hard and plays hard.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and balancing her hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Description: 6'0" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears a fancy green dress. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others
