History: Theren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Seamstress. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
