Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nelkin embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Nelkin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Tharivol was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Sorath hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and he perpetually has his falchion ready. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bolg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
