History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

This search led him directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Hunter soon after.

Personality: Rhogar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite.
