After coming to the age of reason, Smoking took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
