Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a strong sense of loyalty to tabaxi people

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Through the years after Raiann was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Raiann's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Raiann and her spouse have recently divorced.
